Lost Innocence Poll

June 6th, 2008 by Niteblade

Usually the only person who gets a vote on what stories and poems get included in an issue of Niteblade is me. Usually.  However, for the print anthology we’ll be putting out as Issue #5 of Niteblade, Lost Innocence, everyone gets a vote :)

Head on over to the Lost Innocence poll and vote for your favorite story and poem from the first four issues of Niteblade. Remember Informed votes > uninformed ones, so if you haven’t already, take a few minutes to read some of the work from previous issues instead of voting blindly.

Unless, of course, you’re voting for your own work, in that case, blind voting is all the rage ;)

What They’re Saying…

March 25th, 2008 by Niteblade

“Originality, that’s the best word to sum up Niteblade, readable, accessible fiction that deceives and twists and seldom gives any hint as to its final destination.”

That is just a taste of what Terry Grimwood had to say about Issue #2 of Niteblade when he reviewed it for Whispers of Wickedness. I highly recommend reading the entire review, you can find it here –> Whispers of Wickedness Review of Niteblade #2

Changes in December

November 13th, 2007 by Niteblade

Issue #2 is shaping up to be something special so be sure and mark December 1st on your calenders! Among the more obvious visual changes are:

-More illustrations (including for poetry)
-Stories on one page each, not spread out over several
-Less ads (due to less pages)

I’m growing excited, I hope you are too :) Let me remind you, when the new issue goes live the merchandise at the Niteblade store will change over so if you’ve had your eye on something there now is the time to get it.
